Getting people to actually use something I build always felt impossible.

I tried tools like TuneMyMusic, but "successful" transfers weren't always accurate, and most limit free usage.

So I built my own Spotify → YouTube Music transfer tool.

Connect Spotify or paste a playlist link, and it recreates it on YouTube Music. Took time to get matching and reliability right.

~10k users in ~5 months (based on backend logs). First thing I've built that people actually used.

Taking it down briefly to rebuild, back soon.

I'm currently trying to break into a dev role. If you have advice, or know someone hiring, I'd really appreciate it.
