Position: Aluminum Welder
Salary: 175 BD + Overtime

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Fabrication and Welding: Operate MIG (Metal Inertial Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inertial Gas) welding equipment to fuse aluminum parts according to specifications.
Preparation and Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering plans. Clean and prepare aluminum surfaces to prevent defects (e.g., removing oxidation).
Welding Setup: Determine required welding methods, materials, and equipment settings (voltage, amperage, gas shielding) for specific jobs.
Quality Control: Inspect and test welds for durability, structural integrity, and structural defects, such as porosity or cracks.
Post-Welding Finish: Grind, polish, and clean weld areas to achieve the desired finish.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, such as OSHA, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
