Make breakfast paratha, , lachha paratha with proper texture and speed
Maintain consistent size, weight, and quality (no andaaza cooking)
Ensure fast production during rush hours without delays
Manage dough preparation, resting, and storage properly
Maintain cleanliness of tandoor area and workstation at all times
Support kitchen team in plating, warming, and order flow when needed
Follow SOPs strictly no shortcuts, no personal style cooking
Requirements:
Experience in tandoor and paratha making is mandatory
Ability to work in high-speed, high-heat environment
Must be physically active and quick
Must follow instructions from kitchen manager without argument
Team player not “this is not my job” attitude
Work Expectations (Very Important):
This is a multi-task role — if there are no orders, you will be assigned cleaning, prep, or other kitchen tasks
Speed + consistency = priority
Mistakes, delays, or careless work will have consequences
