1. HSE DEPUTY MANAGER ARAMCO APPROVED
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and project specifications.
Review HSE documents such as JSA, MS, and procedures.
Monitor site HSE performance and ensure effective implementation of safety measures.
Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Act as the main HSE focal point with the Client and Subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering (preferred).
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification.
FA / BLS Certificate.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE standards and procedures (CSM).
Proven leadership and communication skills in multi-contractor environments.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / industrial construction projects.
Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
