Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages (espresso, specialty drinks, etc.)
Create a variety of mocktails, fresh juices, and signature beverages
Develop new and innovative drink recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Ensure excellent customer service and presentation standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barista and/or mocktail maker
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
In-depth understanding of mocktails, fresh juices, and flavor combinations
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Training or certification in barista skills or beverage preparation
Experience in specialty caf?s or upscale beverage concepts
