The AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, including split units, package units, and central HVAC systems. The role ensures efficient system performance, compliance with safety standards, and timely troubleshooting of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units
Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats
Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and gas recovery
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Maintain records of maintenance and service activities
Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AC maintenance (preferably in GCC)
Knowledge of split AC, window AC, package units, and central HVAC systems
Familiar with electrical troubleshooting and control systems
Ability to use tools and testing equipment
Basic English communication skills
Valid GCC driving license (preferred)
