Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to curate innovative menus and pairings.
• Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Bahrain managing a fine-dining high-end restaurant concept.
• Strong knowledge of beverage programs, including wine, cocktails, and premium spirits.
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience in high-end hospitality environments.
