We are urgently seeking a reliable and organized Male Administrative Assistant who is currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Handle phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence
Maintain office records and update databases
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff coordination
Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support HR and accounts departments when needed
Ensure proper office organization and workflow
Requirements:
Open to expatriate candidates (locally available in Bahrain)
Must be ready for immediate joining
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
