Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily pest control activities and field technicians
Plan and schedule pest control services for residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Ensure proper use and handling of pesticides and equipment in line with safety regulations
Conduct site inspections to assess pest infestation levels and recommend treatment plans
Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemicals used, and service reports
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies (e.g., health, safety, and environmental standards)
Train and guide pest control technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for service delivery
Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory control of pest control chemicals
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Agriculture, or related field
Valid Pest Control License/Certification (as per local authority requirements)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety standards
Familiarity with Saudi regulations related to pest control and environmental health (preferred)
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation
Valid driving license
