???? Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation of EPC cost estimates and BOQs
Review tender documents and scope requirements
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project controls
Develop pricing strategies and cost breakdowns
Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations
Prepare bid summaries and commercial proposals
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
Support risk assessment in bids
Maintain cost databases and benchmarking references
Participate in bid clarifications with clients
Support project handover to execution teams
???? Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
8–12 years of EPC estimation experience
Strong knowledge of construction and procurement costs
