Key Responsibilities
- Install interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware with precision.
- Assemble and fit custom kitchens, cabinets, and countertops according to technical drawings.
- Measure, cut, and install built-in wardrobes, closets, and storage solutions.
- Execute wooden decoration works including wall paneling, moldings, ceilings, and decorative trims.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, and installation specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform quality checks and minor adjustments to ensure flawless finish and alignment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in compliance with HSE standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in carpentry/joinery within UAE construction projects.
- Proven portfolio or references demonstrating completed installations of:
- ✅ Interior/Exterior Doors & Frames
- ✅ Modular Kitchens & Cabinetry
- ✅ Wardrobes & Built-in Storage
- ✅ Wooden Decorative Elements (paneling, moldings, ceilings)
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of UAE building codes and finishing standards.
- Immediate availability preferred.
