We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven **Chief of Staff** to support the executive leadership team in driving organizational priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and acts as a trusted advisor, decision facilitator, and strategic partner to senior management.
⚠️ **Note:** This is **not** a regular Executive Assistant or Secretarial role. It is a senior strategic leadership support position focused on business operations, decision-making, and organizational execution.
### ???? Key Responsibilities
✅ Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO / Executive Leadership Team
✅ Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
✅ Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and board materials
✅ Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and strategic objectives
✅ Drive alignment across departments and improve communication
✅ Support decision-making through research and recommendations
✅ Represent leadership in meetings and external engagements
✅ Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
✅ Manage confidential matters with utmost discretion
✅ Follow up on strategic action items and executive directives
### ???? Requirements
???? Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, Public Administration, or related field
???? 7–10 years of relevant progressive experience
???? Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
???? Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
???? Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
???? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
???? High professionalism and executive presence
???? Proficiency in MS Office, dashboards, and reporting tools
### ⭐ Preferred Profile
✔ Experience in large corporations, government entities, or multinational companies
✔ PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or strategy certifications preferred
✔ Ability to manage ambiguity and work under pressure
