Kitchen Lead / Operations Chef (Juice & Dessert Bar)

The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Chef to help us launch and manage our new juice and dessert bar. You will be the "brain" behind the menu and the "engine" behind the operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Create the Menu: Design a signature range of fresh juices and premium desserts (waffles, crepes, pancakes).

Recipe & Costing: Write down all recipes and calculate the exact cost of every ingredient to ensure profitability.

Setup Supply Chain: Source the best fruit and dairy suppliers and manage daily ordering.

Lead the Team: Train staff on how to prepare items perfectly and maintain strict quality control.

What we are looking for:

Experience in juice bars or dessert cafes.

Strong math skills for food costing and inventory management.

A leader who can keep the kitchen clean, fast, and organized.
