✅ Project Scheduling & Planning using Primavera P6
✅ Baseline & Revised Schedule Preparation, including BOQ Mapping and Narrative Reports
✅ Look-Ahead Programs for short-term planning and execution control
✅ Progress Monitoring Reports, S-Curves & Power BI Dashboards for visual performance tracking
✅ Resource & Cost Optimization using productivity-based estimation
✅ Cash Flow Forecasting (Inflow & Outflow) and project performance visualization
✅ Coordination with Site Teams to align schedules with on-ground realities
✅ Preparation of EOT using TIA
