Prestressed Concrete Inspector
Post-Tension Concrete Inspector
Bridge Crane Construction Inspector
Masonry Inspector
Geotechnical Inspector
Deep Foundations Inspector
EIFS (Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems) Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections as per approved drawings and standards
Ensure compliance with international codes and safety regulations
Monitor construction activities and report issues
Coordinate with project teams (engineers, contractors, consultants)
Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
Relevant certification (ICC / ACI / NICET / AWCI / EDI) depending on position
OR Registered Professional Engineer (for senior roles)
Minimum 1–3 years of related experience
Strong knowledge of construction inspection procedures
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh
