Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand
Assemble and bake pizzas according to New York–style standards
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Manage prep work, including sauces, cheese, and toppings
Work efficiently during high-volume service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a pizza maker (New York–style preferred)
Ability to hand-toss dough
Familiarity with deck or coal/gas pizza ovens
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume pizzerias
Knowledge of traditional pizza recipes and techniques
