Position Title: MARKETING EXECUTIVE ( ARABIC SPEAKING FEMALE)

Compensation: First 1 month Commission based on sales /projects . After successful performance and positive evaluation after a month you will be entitled for a fixed salary +Visa +Car

We are looking for a driven, well-organized Arabic lady to expand sales and marketing of the company and driving new business across all our divisions.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day of the company and bringing in profitable deals. In return, you receive a percentage of the net profit from the business you generate. A company car will be provided to help you fulfill your duties and attend meetings, site visits, and client negotiations after successful completion of 1 month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in company operations, coordination, and follow-ups across all five business lines
• Identify and secure new clients and contracts in contracting, trading, property management, contract establishment, and auctions
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and on-site
• Report directly to the owner with performance and pipeline updates

Requirements:
• Arabic lady, currently residing in Bahrain or outside
• Proven experience in at least two of the mentioned sectors (contracting, trading, property management, contract establishment, auctions)
• Strong negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
