• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident in using computers and handling basic clinic software
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in attendance and work ethic
• Friendly personality with good patient communication skills
• Previous receptionist or clinic experience is preferred
• Filipino nationality preferred

• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Managing appointments and phone calls
• Handling patient records and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinating with doctors and clinic staff
• Maintaining smooth front desk operations
