Travel Agent (With At Least 3 Years Experience Local Hire Only)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents
• Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
• Process ticket changes and refunds
• Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints
• Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
• Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
