Zoho Systems Developer (Zoho Developer)

Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Systems Developer with a strong passion for cloud-based business solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating Zoho applications to enhance operational efficiency across the holding company and its subsidiaries. The candidate must have extensive hands-on experience across multiple Zoho products, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and automated solutions that align with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current and future business requirements and design customized solutions using Zoho applications (Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, People, Payroll, Desk, Analytics, Flow).
Develop and maintain custom scripts using Deluge to automate complex processes beyond standard platform capabilities.
Integrate Zoho systems with third-party applications using APIs.
Design and build dynamic dashboards and interactive reports using Zoho Analytics to provide real-time insights for senior management.
Build and customize applications using Zoho Creator.
Create and customize advanced forms using Zoho Forms and connect them with business processes.
Ensure data integrity and manage data import/export across systems.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot Zoho-related issues.
In alignment with the System Administrator:
Design and implement complex workflows across Zoho applications using Zoho Flow.
Customize modules, fields, and layouts in Zoho CRM to align with sales and customer service processes.
Configure and manage customer support portals, knowledge bases, and SLAs in Zoho Desk.
Set up and manage Zoho People, including employee records, attendance, leave, and performance management.
Configure and manage Zoho Payroll in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Customize and manage Zoho Books to ensure accurate financial tracking and integration with CRM and other systems.
Configure and manage Zoho Projects for task, resource, and timeline tracking.
Set up and customize Zoho Recruit to align with recruitment processes from job posting to candidate management.
Train employees on best practices for using Zoho applications effectively.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience as a Zoho Systems Developer.
Proven experience in implementing Zoho customization and integration projects.
Core Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Deluge scripting (mandatory).
Solid experience in Zoho Analytics, especially in building advanced dashboards and consolidated reports.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks for integrations.
Understanding of AI concepts and experience using Zoho Zia.
Experience with Zoho Flow for automation and integrations.

Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Certifications (Preferred):
Zoho Certified Developer or relevant Zoho certifications
