Job Description:
China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Safety Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment across all project sites by implementing and maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enforce health & safety policies on construction sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff
• Prepare safety reports and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction safety supervision
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
