Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and inspection requirements will be highly preferred.
Proven and extensive experience in the fabrication, inspection, and testing of ASME Section VIII pressure vessels.
Certified as either CWI or CSWIP 3.1 (CSWIP 3.2 would be an added advantage). API-510 is preferrable
Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in dimensional inspection of pressure vessels, including fit-up, alignment, roundness, plumbness, and final dimensional verification.
Strong familiarity with ASME Section VIII, ASME Section IX, applicable ASTM material standards, and relevant client specifications.
Demonstrated experience in reviewing and witnessing key fabrication activities, including material identification, fit-up inspection, welding, PWHT, hydrotest, and final inspection.
Good understanding of NDE methods and interpretation of NDE reports, including RT, UT, MT, PT, and PMI.
Experience in the preparation, review, and closure of inspection records, punch points, and quality dossiers/MRBs.
Ability to review fabrication drawings, welding maps, ITPs, WPS/PQRs, and related quality documentation.
