"Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MSc in Supply Chain/Logistics) is an advantage
Relevant professional certifications (such as APICS, CILT, or equivalent) are a plus"
"Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the logistics department
At least 6 years of experience as a Logistics Manager in construction projects
Strong experience in documentation"
"Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers
Manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy and avoid shortages or overstock situations
Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Organize and optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
Monitor logistics costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and safety standards
Lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff to maintain high performance and productivity
Identify risks or disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on logistics performance
Implement and manage logistics systems or software to improve tracking and operational efficiency"
