Key Responsibilities:
Monitor confined space entry and other high-risk activities on site
Ensure all safety procedures and permit-to-work systems are strictly followed
Maintain continuous communication with workers inside confined spaces
Ensure availability and proper use of safety and rescue equipment
Act promptly in case of emergencies and follow rescue procedures
Coordinate with HSE team and site supervisors
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Standby Man in construction projects
Valid Confined Space Entry Certification (mandatory)
Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Physically fit and medically cleared
Preferred:
First Aid Certification
Fire Watch Training
Experience in large-scale construction or industrial projects
