Proven experience as a Barista in cafés or hospitality
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle cash register and POS systems
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Team player with a positive attitude
