We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support daily operations, online sales, stock management, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze online sales and process customer orders
- Confirm payments through Tap and PayPal
- Prepare airway bills and shipping documents
- Track shipments and returns
- Enter data in Excel and post sales/journals in Tally
- Prepare tax invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Manage stock checking and distributor stock preparation
- Assist in packing and logistics support
- Handle occasional deliveries and employee transportation when required
Requirements:
- Qualification in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of Tally accounting system
- Good skills in Excel and administrative work
- Valid driving license
- Currently available in Bahrain
- Transferable visa available
- Organized, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks
Salary:
BHD 250 per month
