🔹 Requirements:
✔ T?V Certification (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 5+ years rigging experience as Rigging Foreman
✔ Shipyard / Marine project experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of lifting operations & safety
✔ Ability to lead rigging teams

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Supervise rigging and lifting activities
• Ensure safe handling of materials & equipment
• Coordinate with crane operators & site teams
• Conduct toolbox talks & enforce HSE compliance
• Inspect rigging tools, slings, and lifting gear
