Experienced in material planning, procurement coordination, vendor follow-up, RFQ preparation, quotation comparison, purchase orders, material submittals, MIR/MAR documentation, material inspection, delivery tracking, inventory control, quantity take-off, cost control and coordination with suppliers, consultants and site teams.
Knowledge of construction materials for building, infrastructure, steel structure and finishing works. Experienced in reviewing specifications, approved materials, compliance with ASTM, SAES, SBC standards, expediting long lead materials, monitoring procurement schedules, and preparing material logs, reports and look-ahead plans.
Worked on major projects including NEOM, Red Sea and Amazon Data Center.
