We are looking for a high-energy Maintenance Manager to lead our technical team and keep our restaurants running at 100% capacity. In the world of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), uptime is everything. If you are a master of preventative maintenance and a proven leader of people, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Crew: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Field Technicians. You’ll be responsible for their growth, safety, and daily scheduling.

Master the Machines: Oversee the repair and upkeep of high-volume kitchen tech (fryers, grills, specialized ovens) and critical infrastructure (HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical).

Strategic PM: Drive a "Proactive over Reactive" culture by implementing a rigorous Preventative Maintenance program.

Budget Ownership: Manage the R&M budget, track parts inventory, and ensure we are getting the best ROI from external vendors.

Ability to Work under pressure and high paced Environment.
