Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships
Handle supplier negotiations and ensure timely procurement
Oversee invoice posting and documentation
Monitor and control inventory levels
Ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Requirements:
Proven experience in the F&B industry (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes
Experience in invoice posting and inventory management systems
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
