Control operational costs (labor, food cost, wastage)
Manage cash handling and POS accuracy
*5. Inventory & Supply Chain*
Oversee inventory management and stock control
Ensure proper ordering, receiving, and storage (FIFO)
Minimize wastage and stock variances
Coordinate with suppliers
*6. Compliance & Hygiene (Saudi Arabia Focus)*
Ensure compliance with Baladyah (Municipality) regulations
Follow SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority) food safety standards
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Ensure staff have valid health certificates (Shahada Sehhiya)

Maintain product quality and presentation standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections
Ensure adherence to recipes and brand guidelines

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Analyze business performance and suggest improvements

*Qualifications & Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years experience in café/restaurant operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory software
Understanding of Saudi regulations (Baladyah, SFDA)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
