• Responsible for accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation of vehicle movements and inspections within yard operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update POD details for inbound, Pre-PDI, Post-PDI, dispatch, and inspection activities.
• Record inspection remarks and highlight damages accurately.
• Prepare and share reports with CSR, ensuring all discrepancies are clearly documented.
• Maintain system updates for vehicle movements and status.
• Support VIN tracking and yard location updates.
• Assist in inventory tracking, reconciliation, and audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of PODs and reports.
• Coordinate with CSR, supervisors, and operations team for smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced yard environment.
• Understanding of vehicle inspection processes (preferred).
