**Job Description:**
We are looking for a reliable and organized **Manpower and Equipment Coordinator** who will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of manpower supply and equipment usage. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams, proper allocation of resources, and timely reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and update records of manpower deployment
* Track equipment availability, usage, and allocation
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure resource requirements are met
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of all records
* Monitor workforce attendance and equipment status
**Requirements:**
* Ability to speak, read, and write **good English**
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and coordination skills
**Preferred:**
* Previous experience in manpower coordination or equipment tracking
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
