A leading security company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to hire a qualified candidate for the following position:

Account Manager / Financial Controller

Requirements:

Candidate must be currently based in Bahrain.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, including proven experience as an Accounts Department Manager.
Experience working with large-scale companies.
Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and financial analysis.
Proven expertise in VAT regulations and audit reporting.
Strong experience in leading and managing an accounting department in accordance with Bahrain’s financial regulations.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain VAT laws and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and handle audit reports and coordinate with external auditors.
Lead and supervise the accounting team.
