Job Purpose
To manage and oversee HSSE compliance, facility maintenance, security operations, and overall site safety for warehouse, office, and yard facilities while ensuring operational continuity and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor HSSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSSE standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Conduct safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Oversee maintenance activities for warehouse, office, and yard facilities.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
• Monitor contractor and vendor maintenance activities.
• Manage security operations including guards, CCTV, and access control.
• Ensure proper visitor management and gate control procedures.
• Maintain HSSE reports, compliance records, permits, and maintenance documentation.

Requirements
• Experience in HSSE, facility management, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and facility maintenance practices.
• Experience managing security operations and vendors.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational and maintenance activities.
