Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Site In-Charge
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary representative for all coordination. Ensure all services are executed in strict compliance with safety and technical specifications.
Operational Oversight: Attend progress and review meetings and manage overall site performance.
2. Administrator
Responsibilities: Manage project documentation, personnel mobilization, and site access (gate passes).
Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Power BI for data analysis, performance reporting, and project presentations.
3. MEP Technician
Responsibilities: Execute routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
Scope: Maintenance of electrical panels, lighting, sockets, and plumbing infrastructure including drainage and lifting stations.
4. Civil Technician
Responsibilities: Maintain the architectural integrity of the facility, including floors, partitions, ceilings, and doors.
Scope: Masonry surface preparation, painting, and installation of wall/floor coverings.
Mandatory Selection Criteria
Industrial Experience: Hands-on experience in industrial facilities (heavy industry, manufacturing, or similar settings) is required. General construction or residential experience alone will not be considered.
EHSS Competency: Solid working knowledge of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security practices.
Safety Standards: Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, and industrial safety protocols is non-negotiable.
Competence: All candidates must possess the necessary trade qualifications and provide a high standard of professional care.
