???? Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all pre‑commissioning activities during the plant shutdown phase.
Ensure safe, sequenced execution aligned with approved shutdown and commissioning strategies.
Maintain strict compliance with PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS, and HSSE protocols.
Oversee system readiness, cleaning, flushing, leak testing, electrical energization, and equipment run‑ins.
Interface with Operations, EPC, and Vendor teams to manage isolations and reinstatements.
Monitor daily progress, identify risks, and ensure timely handover to commissioning.
????️ Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Process Engineering.
15+ years’ experience in pre‑commissioning / commissioning of large petrochemical or refinery facilities.
Proven leadership in major brownfield shutdowns within operating environments.
Strong exposure to ethylene crackers, compressors, furnaces, columns, utilities, and large piping systems.
PMC experience preferred.
Excellent coordination, safety awareness, and schedule discipline.
