Position Overview The E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Planner develops work packages and coordinates all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities during turnaround operations. Key Responsibilities • Develop detailed work packages for E&I maintenance activities • Coordinate with E&I supervisors and technicians for scope definition • Prepare job plans including resource requirements and durations • Identify and coordinate E&I material and spare parts requirements • Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and lockout/tagout • Coordinate loop testing and commissioning activities • Support calibration and functional testing planning • Update plans based on inspection findings and scope changes • Coordinate with other disciplines for integrated work execution • Maintain E&I planning documentation and records Qualifications • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I maintenance/planning • Experience with turnaround operations preferred • Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems in refineries • Familiarity with planning software Skills & Competencies • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems • Understanding of control systems, analyzers, and field instruments • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures • Organizational and planning abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy • Communication and coordination skills • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
