- Identify and acquire new clients for manpower supply services
- Arrange and attend meetings with companies
- Generate leads and convert them into projects/contracts
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Achieve business growth targets

- Proven experience in manpower supply or recruitment
- Strong network in the Eastern Region (KSA)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to secure projects independently
