Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join our Operations and Maintenance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's reliability, ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all industrial machinery. You will lead technical crews, manage advanced maintenance systems, and drive strategies to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintenance Strategy: Develop and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedules (PMS) for all rotating and stationary equipment.
• Technical Leadership: Perform diagnostics and lead technical teams in the repair of pumps, motors, standby generators, and HVAC systems.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor machinery for energy inefficiencies or early signs of failure to optimize system performance.
• System Management: Utilize CMMS (SAP PM, eMaint) to log activities, track work orders, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all procedures meet safety standards, including strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and conducting regular risk assessments.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of equipment history and technical procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in plant maintenance, facility management, or heavy industry.
• Technical Expertise:
o Deep understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and HVAC systems.
o Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Software Skills: Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, eMaint) and MS Office Suite.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving, leadership skills for managing technicians, and clear communication abilities.
