Blown Film Machine Operator
Job Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines
* Set up machines according to production requirements
* Maintain consistent film quality (thickness, width, strength)
* Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs
* Ensure proper raw material handling and mixing
* Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a blown film or extrusion machine operator
* Ability to adjust die settings, air ring, and cooling systems
* Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
* Willingness to work shifts
