We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive or Project Manager to lead and manage a delivery project for Jahez. Candidates with prior experience handling similar delivery/logistics projects will be highly preferred.
📌 Key Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and English
Previous experience managing delivery or logistics projects (Jahez experience preferred)
Valid Iqama
Must own a car
Strong leadership and team management skills
📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage a team of 50 drivers (end-to-end)
Continuously onboard new riders to maintain required driver count
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth project execution
Verify and hire drivers with a reliable and clean background
Ensure consistent communication and operational efficiency

6 working days
💰 Compensation:
Profit-sharing model (no fixed salary)
