Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and submitting service and purchase requisitions (PR) in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba), ensuring alignment with approved budgets and accurate scope definition.
• Leading and supporting tendering activities, including development and issuance of RFPs, preparation of commercial terms, evaluation criteria, and coordination with technical and contracts teams.
• Developing scopes of work, contractual conditions, and service schedules (e.g., Schedule B) for maintenance, repair, outage, and project-related contracts.
• Managing bid processes, including bidder clarifications, commercial evaluations, price comparisons, and preparation of award recommendations.
• Supporting contract negotiations to achieve commercially optimal and risk-balanced outcomes.
• Performing contract administration, including handling variations, change orders, extensions, claims, and dispute support in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring financial performance of contracts, including cost tracking, invoicing, and alignment with power plant budgets.
• Defining and tracking supplier performance through SLAs and KPIs, and conducting periodic performance evaluations.
• Ensuring compliance with company contracting procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Acting as a central interface between commercial, technical, and operational teams across multiple plants.
• The role requires strong commercial and contractual capability combined with sufficient technical understanding to effectively support plant operations and maintenance activities.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory, with Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Ariba), along with experience in KPIs and SLA management.
