I am working as Sales and Logistics Coordinator customer-facing sales support with backend supply chain and delivery operations. It’s common in industries like manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and trading companies.

🔹 Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

Process sales orders and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with the sales team on customer requirements
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
Communicate with clients about order status, delays, or issues

2. Logistics Coordination

Arrange shipments (local and international)
Work with transport companies, freight forwarders, and warehouses
Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch
Handle import/export documentation (if applicable)

3. Inventory & Operations

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Ensure products are available to meet customer demand
Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams

4. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain records of orders, shipments, and invoices
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
