Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue customer quotations based on sales requirements.
Process and issue daily sales orders using Oracle JD Edwards (JD ERP).
Generate sales invoices and cash sale invoices through Oracle JD Edwards.Update and maintain customer pricing in the ERP system.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to obtain customer balance confirmations and share the information with Sales Engineers before processing orders.
Follow up with the Finance Department to ensure customer payments are recorded promptly after payment is received.
Coordinate with the Logistics Department to track the location and delivery status of bulk cement tankers (bulkers) and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team.
Liaise with Sales Engineers, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, orders, invoices, and customer information in the ERP system.Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring high levels of customer service.
