## Job Overview
As the Noon Platform Lead, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end OPPO brand business on the Noon platform and be fully accountable for all platform sales targets.
## Key Responsibilities
1. Full-cycle sales performance management: Take charge of core business indicators including platform sales volume, market share and profitability.
2. Official store operation & management: Manage product listing and maintenance, inventory & order fulfillment, and review moderation. Ensure stable and healthy store operation in full compliance with Noon platform rules.
3. Marketing promotion & traffic growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute platform-wide promotional campaigns and new product launch activities. Lead in-platform advertising strategy formulation and implementation.
4. Platform liaison & relationship management: Act as the brand’s key contact for Noon, negotiate high-value business resources to drive revenue growth, and maintain long-term positive partnership with the platform.
5. Cross-department collaboration & reporting: Cooperate with internal teams including GTM, logistics, finance and marketing to ensure smooth business execution. Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
## Job Requirements
1. Basic qualifications: Indian nationality is preferred; under 35 years old; college degree or above.
2. Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in mobile phones & consumer electronics on the Noon platform. Candidates with former Noon working background and existing platform resources are highly preferred.
3. Language skills: Fluent in English for daily face-to-face communication and professional report writing. Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
4. Core competencies: Result-oriented mindset, with outstanding project delivery capabilities and problem-solving skills.
