🎯 Job Purpose:
To lead and manage architectural projects across all phases — from concept design through detailed design, construction documentation, and site supervision — ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality standards, while complying with client requirements, local regulations, and engineering consultancy practices.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🏗️ Project Management (PM Responsibilities):
Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and work programs.
Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP).
Ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
Conduct project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, and design changes.
🏛️ Architectural Design & Technical Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design stages.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
Produce high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations (rendering & modeling).
Supervise site works to ensure execution aligns with design intent and specifications.
Prepare tender drawings and complete design packages for project bidding.
Manage building permit processes through Balady platform and Riyadh Municipality.
Review and approve shop drawings and construction details.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
Lead architectural teams and ensure quality control of deliverables.
📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms.
Proven experience in Project Management (PM) within architectural projects.
Strong background in architectural design and site supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent software.
Experience with Balady & Riyadh Municipality permit systems.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and regulations.
Leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
