The Sanitation Headman is responsible for supervising and coordinating sanitation and cleaning activities to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment across company facilities. The role includes managing a team of sanitation workers, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sanitation/cleaning, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Good communication skills (Arabic and/or English).
