01:It's three rooms apartment with one kitchen and two washrooms one komot type and one simple type.
02 : Five official guys already living in other two rooms, I am 6th one and the selected one will be 7th. So totally 7 people will live in the apartment.
03 : Automatic Washing Machine, gas cylinders with stove and refrigerator is available.
04 : Preferably 6th month advance payment that is 3180 SAR required but the time period is negotiate able.
05: Electric Bill wife and other minor expense divivided equally upon 7 person so it will be a minor amount but has to pay monthly.
06 : Only seriaus neat and clean office working decent Muslim can call me.
