Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Odoo ERP Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in software / IT solutions sales to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on selling Odoo ERP solutions to business clients across multiple industries, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
You will engage directly with decision-makers, understand business requirements, and provide tailored ERP solutions that drive digital transformation.
Salary & Incentive Package (KSA Market Competitive)
💰 Basic Salary: SAR 2,000 – 3,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
📈 Commission: Attractive performance-based commission on all closed deals
💼 Expected Monthly Earnings: SAR 3,000 – 5,000+ for strong performers
🚀 Additional Incentives: Bonus rewards for exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and qualify potential ERP clients across Saudi Arabia
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
- Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client operations and propose suitable ERP solutions
- Handle objections and close deals professionally
- Sales Cycle Management
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Update CRM records and track opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression
- Proposal & Solution Selling
- Work with technical team for requirement analysis
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding handover after closing deals
Requirements:
- Mandatory
- 2–4 years of experience in software sales / SaaS / IT solutions sales
- Strong B2B sales experience with target achievement history
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia
- Preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with Saudi market industries
- Existing client network in KSA
